Spring completion for Winnersh Triangle

A 5574sq m office development at the mixed-use Winnersh Triangle scheme in Reading is scheduled for completion by spring 2016.
Work began in October 2014 on the speculative development of 1030 Eskdale Road, which is located at the western end of the 34.3-ha Winnersh Triangle business park.
Patrizia UK, the manager of the scheme, said the final stages of building work are now under way, with contractor Wates Construction fitting the internal mechanical and electrical installations for the four-storey scheme, which includes secure parking and cycle bays beneath an extensive podium structure.

Winnersh Triangle has more than 130,000sq m of built stock with more than 60 diverse companies employing 4,000 people on site. Major occupiers include Jacobs (UK), Virgin Media, BMC, Microchip, Grant Thornton, Lloyds Bank, WH Smith, Atos and CenturyLink.
