Carrigmay Developments has been granted planning permission to demolish King’s Point in Reading and replace it with a 19-storey residential building.
The scheme on King’s Road will include 109 flats, with 43 one-bedroom, 53 two-bedroom and 12 three-bedroom homes. Shops and parking on the lower storey and two basement levels are also features of the project.
Assael is the architect for the scheme.
