The architect behind the redevelopment of the former Norwich Union building in Reading’s Station Hill area has revealed designs for the scheme.
The Titan Property Developments scheme, estimated to cost £20 million, is a high-rise residential tower, designed by WCEC.
The building will comprise 20 floors of residential accommodation, with a retail plinth at ground level and a residents’ gym above.
In total, the tower is expected to contain around 110 one, two and three-bedroom flats.
WCEC’s regional director, David Billington, said: “It has been a great privilege to work with Titan and this particular site as it plays such a pivotal role in its position within Reading’s future urban and cultural context.”
