Bullitt signing for One Valpy

Brand marketing company, the Bullitt Group, has taken a 10-year lease on an entire floor of the One Valpy office development in Reading.
The 1,010sq m lettings for Bullitt, which counts fashion brands Caterpillar and Ted Baker and The Ministry of Sound among its clients.
It is the second such lease in less than a year at One Valpy, which was a joint venture scheme between Landid and joint venture partner Brockton Capital. Global engineering firm, the Mabey Group, took lettings on the entire top floor of One Valpy in September 2014.
James Silver, development director at Landid, said: “We’re extremely pleased to welcome Bullitt to One Valpy. It is an exciting, fast-growing business at the forefront of the TMT [telecommunications, media and technology] sector, and one of Reading’s many compelling success stories in recent years.”
The Bullitt Group said the location was a key reason for it to locate in Reading.
CEO Colin Batt, said: “Its central location and links to London and Heathrow will be vital to attract top talent to the company; something that will be important as we continue to grow and evolve as a business.”
One Valpy is located in Reading town centre, less than 300 yards from the main railway station. The building was completed in August 2014.
