Soft drinks manufacturer, PepsiCo, has signed to take 9,750sq m of office space at Green Park in Reading.
The company is relocating from its current headquarters in Theale, and will be taking all of 450 South Oak Way at the out-of-town business park.
Oxford Properties, which own and manage the site, has also let 1,430sq m of space to Britannia Pharmaceuticals. The pharma company has signed a 10-year lease at the recently refurbished 4,300sq m building at 200 Longwater Avenue, taking the entire top floor.
Chris Carter Keall, head of UK asset management and leasing at Oxford Properties, said: “We welcome Britannia Pharmaceuticals into the vibrant business community at Green Park. Britannia’s decision to relocate to 200 Longwater Avenue affirms our decision to refurbish this building as another multi-let asset.”
These latest signings mean that Green Park is now 85% let.
