Around 8,360sq m of surplus office space is being brought to market in the centre of Reading, according to reports.
Yellow Pages publisher Hibu, previously named Yell, has appointed property consultants Lambert Smith Hampton to market the space, according to property website, CoStar news.
The surplus office space has become available, after it emerged that commercial and real estate agency, JLL, had advised that Hibu would only need two of its floors at its Reading headquarters to continue its operations.
