The architects behind the redevelopment of Jacksons Corner have unveiled designs for the scheme.

Wakelin Associates said it will keep the sign and frontage of the old shopping centre, which was in operation for 138 years.

Three commercial units, likely to be shops or restuarants will be developed on the ground floor with 32 flats above and behind.

There will be 18 flats in the floors above, while an old workshop building behind will be demolished to make way for a new block of 14 flats.
