Thames Valley Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP) has added a second community-sector representative to its forum.

Janet Le Patourel is a development manager for Citizens Advice Berkshire specialising in social-exclusion issues, and will join the forum as a non-executive member.

LEP chair Steve Lamb said he expected Ms Le Patourel’s experience to be “a huge asset” in forging effective relationships to help drive the partnership’s EU Structural and Investment Funds Investment Strategy.

“We had a number of very strong candidates to choose from, which is indicative of the strength of the community sector in Berkshire,” he said.
