Aviva Investors has replaced two agency advisors at the 110,000sq ft 14-storey development, The Blade, an office tower block in the centre of Reading.

Bray Fox Smith and Haslams have replaced Cushman & Wakefield and Parkinson Holt, with Knight Frank retained, property website CoStar reported.

Julian Cobourne, asset manager at Aviva Investors, told CoStar, "There is a lot of interest in the building at present as the market improves and we felt it was time for a new push and a change in the marketing provision."
