Verizon HQ sold for 140 million

The headquarters of global communications provider Verizon has changed hands for 140 million.

The Arlington Business Parks Partnership, owned by investment partners Goodman, legal & General Property, Prudential and Adia, have sold the building to a foreign investor.

A spokesman for Legal & General said that the deal showed there was still good demand from investors for high quality office developments.
